Content & Copywriting

Read by people. Loved by Google.

Copy that earns attention and earns rankings — researched at the start, shaped by SEO from the outline up, and finished by a human editor before it ever reaches your inbox.

01 — What’s Included

Four content services.
One consistent voice.

Good content does two things at once: it speaks to the person reading it, and it signals to search engines that your page deserves to rank. Every piece we produce is built around that dual purpose — clarity for readers, structure for crawlers, and substance for both.

From short-form ad copy to long-form pillar articles, the work is researched first, written for the brief, and held to the same editorial standard whether one paragraph or one hundred.

N° 01

Service-Page & Landing-Page Copy

Conversion-led

The pages that describe what you do and convince visitors to act. We research your audience, study how competitors frame the same services, and write copy that differentiates without resorting to jargon. Each page is structured with proper heading hierarchy, internal linking anchors, and conversion-oriented calls to action. Whether you need a single service page or a full set of twenty, every page gets the same level of strategic attention — keyword targeting built in from the outline stage, not bolted on afterward.

N° 02

Blog Articles

Editorial

Articles that answer real questions your customers are already searching for. We start with keyword research and search-intent analysis, then build each article around the specific queries that will drive qualified traffic. Every piece is fact-checked, properly cited where needed, and formatted for readability — short paragraphs, clear subheadings, and the kind of structure that makes both skimmers and deep readers stay on the page. We handle the full pipeline: topic research, outlining, drafting, SEO review, and final polish before delivery.

N° 03

Email Sequences

Lifecycle

Multi-step email sequences for lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, and customer retention. Each email is written with a clear objective and a single call to action, because emails that try to do three things at once usually accomplish none of them. We plan the full sequence arc before writing a single subject line — mapping the journey from first touch to conversion, timing each message for maximum open rates, and A/B testing subject lines where volume allows. Plain-text and HTML-ready formats delivered for your ESP of choice.

N° 04

Brand Copy & Voice

Foundational

The copy that sits behind everything else — homepage headlines, taglines, About narratives, value propositions, internal style guides. We treat this work as foundational, because every piece of content downstream is shaped by it. We facilitate a voice and tone workshop, audit how your business currently describes itself, and document the result in a working style guide your whole team can reach for. Bilingual production in English and Chinese is a standard part of the workflow when needed — handled by native writers, not run through a translation engine and tidied up.

02 — Our Approach

Research-driven.
SEO-integrated.
Human-finished.

Content production has changed fundamentally in the past two years. AI can generate a draft in seconds. The question is no longer whether you can produce content quickly — it is whether the content you produce is accurate, differentiated, and worth reading.

Our process is designed around that distinction. Four working principles, applied to every brief that crosses the desk.

i

Research before writing

Every engagement begins with research, not writing. We audit your existing content to see what is working and what is underperforming. We study competitor content to identify gaps. We use Ahrefs, Search Console, and manual SERP analysis to find the queries your audience is actually using. Only after we have built a clear picture of what needs to exist and why does anyone start drafting.

ii

SEO from the outline stage

We do not write a page and then hand it to an SEO team for keyword insertion. Search optimisation is embedded in the process from the very first outline. Target keywords, related terms, heading structure, internal linking, and meta descriptions are all planned before the first paragraph is drafted. The result reads naturally on the page while still satisfying every on-page SEO requirement.

iii

AI-assisted, human-finished

We use AI in our workflow — for research synthesis, first-draft generation, and structural analysis. We do not pretend otherwise, and we do not apologise for it. AI lets us work faster and explore more angles. But every piece that reaches your inbox has been reviewed, rewritten, and polished by a human editor who understands your industry and your brand voice.

iv

Consistency, every brief

Whether we are writing your homepage, a blog series, or a five-email nurture sequence, the voice stays consistent. We build a style guide at the start of every engagement — tone, vocabulary, formatting preferences, brand-specific terminology — and enforce it across every deliverable. If your business uses “clients” instead of “customers”, we know. And we are consistent about it in places you would not think to check.

03 — Who It’s For

Businesses whose content
needs to work harder.

Our content services are built for companies in a specific situation: you know content matters, but what you have is not performing. Maybe your service pages were written in a rush at launch. Maybe your blog has not been touched in eight months. Maybe you have engaged content agencies before and ended up with generic copy that could have been written for any business in your industry.

We are at our best alongside businesses where credibility matters and the writing has to carry weight.

  • i Professional services firmsLaw offices, accountants, consultancies, financial advisors. Practices where credibility and precision matter more than cleverness, and where every paragraph is a referral risk if it is wrong.
  • ii E-commerce and online retailProduct descriptions, category pages, and buying guides that rank, convert, and survive a 500-SKU expansion without sounding mass-produced.
  • iii B2B companies with complex offeringsSoftware, professional tools, services that require explanation. Decision-makers who will not read past the first paragraph if it does not prove its worth quickly.
  • iv Local service businessesTrades, healthcare practices, hospitality. Service-area pages, location-specific content, and the on-page work that turns “near me” searches into bookings.
  • v Businesses re-launching or rebrandingNew positioning, new visual identity, and the realisation that the old copy no longer fits. We rebuild the words alongside the rebuild of the site.

If you need a single blog post, we can do that. But we are at our best when engaged as an ongoing content partner — planning editorial calendars, building topic clusters, and systematically expanding your search footprint over months instead of weeks. The compounding effect of consistent, well-targeted production is where the real value emerges.

No sales call required.

Copy that converts and copy that ranks are not two crafts. They are one piece of writing held to two readers — the person and the algorithm — at the same time.

Questions about
our content work.

If a question is missing here, the contact link at the foot of the page goes straight to the person who would answer it. No ticket queues, no funnels.

i How do you learn our brand voice?
We start every engagement with a voice and tone workshop — sometimes a call, sometimes a written questionnaire, depending on your preference. We review your existing content, note patterns in how you describe your services, and document everything in a style guide. For the first few deliverables we build in an extra review cycle to make sure we’re aligned. By the third or fourth piece, the voice is typically locked in and revisions drop significantly. The style guide becomes a living document — refreshed as your business evolves and as we encounter edge cases the original brief did not anticipate.
ii Do you use AI to write content?
Yes, as part of our workflow — not as a substitute for it. AI tools help with research synthesis, structural outlining, and initial drafting. Every deliverable is then reviewed, substantially rewritten where needed, and polished by a human editor. We are transparent about this because we believe it is the right way to work: AI accelerates the production, and human judgment ensures the quality. You will never receive an unedited AI output, and the bylined writer is always a real person who can answer for the choices on the page.
iii How long does it take to produce a service page?
A standard service page — including keyword research, competitive analysis, outlining, drafting, SEO review, and final editing — typically takes five to seven business days from brief to delivery. Rush turnarounds are possible for straightforward pages, but we would rather set realistic timelines and deliver quality than promise speed and compromise on the research phase. For full service-page sets (ten or more pages produced together), the per-page time drops as we lock in the voice and the structural template, and we deliver in batches rather than a single drop at the end.
iv Can you work with content we’ve already written?
Absolutely. A significant portion of our work involves auditing and improving existing content rather than writing from scratch. We will review what you have, identify which pages are worth optimising versus rewriting, and prioritise based on search opportunity. Sometimes a page needs a full rewrite. Sometimes it just needs better heading structure, a stronger opening paragraph, and a few internal links. We will tell you which is which, and we will not recommend rewriting work that is already doing its job.
v What industries do you write for?
We write across a wide range of industries — professional services, e-commerce, healthcare, legal, education, SaaS, and construction, among others. What matters more than industry familiarity is our research process. We spend time understanding your market, your terminology, and your audience before we write. That said, if your content requires regulated compliance language — medical, financial, legal — we work with your in-house compliance team or outside counsel to ensure accuracy and approval before publication.
vi Do you handle content strategy or just writing?
Both. We can work from a content brief you have already prepared, or we can develop the strategy from scratch — editorial calendars, topic clusters, keyword targeting, and content gap analysis. For ongoing engagements, strategy is included by default. For one-off projects, you are welcome to bring your own strategy and have us execute on it. Either way works well, though strategy-and-execution under one roof tends to produce more coherent results because the writer is briefed by the same person who set the targets.
vii How does bilingual content production work?
We produce content natively in both English and Chinese, using native writers for each language. This is not translation — it is parallel production with cultural adaptation. The English and Chinese versions of a page may emphasise different selling points, use different examples, and structure arguments differently, because what persuades an English-speaking audience does not always land the same way in Chinese. We handle the full workflow: writing, cross-referencing for consistency, and delivering both versions ready for publishing.
viii How does this connect to your SEO service?
Content and SEO work as a single system when engaged together. Our SEO service handles the technical, local, and link-building work; this service handles the words on the page. When both are engaged, the same team plans the keyword strategy, drafts the content against it, and measures the result in monthly reporting — without the handoff gaps that come from briefing two separate vendors. You can engage either service independently, and a sizeable share of our content clients start that way and add SEO once the editorial work demonstrates its return.
