01 — What’s Included

Five capabilities.
One accountable team.

Whether you need a new WordPress build, a Shopify storefront, or an honest audit of your current site’s performance, we handle the full scope of the work in-house.

No sub-contractors, no handoffs to offshore teams, no “that’s not our department.” The people who design your site are the people who develop it, launch it, and keep it running afterwards.

N° 01

WordPress

Primary platform

New builds, redesigns, migrations from other platforms, and performance optimisation for existing WordPress sites. We work with GenerateBlocks and clean theme architecture — no bloated page builders, no theme-locked designs. Every site ships with proper caching, image optimisation, and security hardening out of the box. If you are migrating from another CMS or from an older WordPress setup, we handle the full URL mapping, redirect plan, content transfer, and post-launch verification so nothing falls through the cracks.

N° 02

WooCommerce

E-commerce on WordPress

Full-featured online stores built on WordPress and WooCommerce. Product catalogue setup, payment gateway integration, shipping configuration, tax rules, and the checkout-flow optimisation that separates stores that sell from stores that just exist. We handle variable products, subscription models, digital downloads, and multi-currency setups. Every WooCommerce build includes performance tuning specific to e-commerce workloads — database optimisation, object caching, and CDN configuration — because slow stores lose sales before the customer reaches the cart.

N° 03

Shopify

Managed hosting

Shopify store builds for businesses that want managed infrastructure without the overhead of self-hosting. Theme customisation, app integration, product organisation, and the Shopify-specific SEO work that most agencies skip entirely. We configure metafields, structured data, and proper collection hierarchies so your store is discoverable from day one. For businesses outgrowing Shopify or considering a platform move, we also handle migrations to WooCommerce or other platforms with full data integrity preserved.

N° 04

Other Platforms & Custom Builds

Squarespace · Wix · Webflow · Static

Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, and custom static sites. Not every business needs WordPress, and we do not pretend otherwise. If your requirements call for a simpler platform with lower maintenance overhead, we will recommend it and build on it properly. For businesses running hand-coded or static sites, we build with clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no framework bloat, no unnecessary dependencies. Every platform choice starts with your actual business needs, not our preferred stack.

N° 05

Website & Performance Auditing

Diagnostic

Comprehensive audits covering page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and security posture. We test on real devices, measure against real thresholds, and deliver a prioritised fix list ranked by business impact — not a raw data dump from an automated tool. Audits include Lighthouse analysis, server response profiling, asset delivery review, and third-party script impact assessment. We identify what is actually slowing your site down and what fixing it would cost, so you can make informed decisions about where to invest.

02 — Our Approach

Performance first.
Mobile first.
No shortcuts.

We do not separate design from development into different teams with different timelines. The people building your site are the people responsible for how it performs, ranks, and holds up over time.

i

Performance-first architecture

Every build starts with performance budgets, not mood boards. We set target load times before the first line of code is written and make architecture decisions that serve those targets. Lightweight theme structures, properly sized and compressed images, efficient CSS and JavaScript delivery, server-level caching, and CDN configuration. A site that loads in under two seconds on a mid-range phone is the baseline, not the aspiration.

ii

Mobile-first by default

More than half of all web traffic comes from phones. We design for mobile viewports first and scale up to desktop, rather than designing a desktop layout and hoping it shrinks gracefully. Touch targets, readable font sizes, sensible content hierarchy on small screens, and fast rendering on constrained hardware are part of the initial build — not afterthoughts bolted on during QA.

iii

SEO-ready out of the box

Every website ships with proper heading hierarchy, semantic HTML, structured data, optimised meta tags, XML sitemaps, clean URL structures, and internal linking architecture. We configure Yoast SEO on every WordPress build and verify that Google can crawl and index the site correctly before handoff. You should not need an SEO audit the week after your new site launches — that work is already done.

iv

Security baked in

Security is not an add-on. Every build includes SSL configuration, security headers, login hardening, file permission review, and a firewall baseline. WordPress sites get application-level protection against brute-force attacks, XML-RPC abuse, and common exploit vectors. Automatic backups with off-site storage mean recovery is always possible, even in worst-case scenarios. Resilient from day one, not after the first incident.

03 — Who It’s For

Businesses that take
their website seriously.

The right approach to a build depends on where you are in the lifecycle. Launching is not the same as redesigning, and migrating is not the same as iterating on what you already have. We scope each engagement to the work that actually moves the needle.

Our web design clients typically arrive in one of four moments — and the work looks different in each one.

  • i Launching a new websiteStarting a business, entering a new market, or replacing a placeholder with something real. Full build — design, development, content integration, hosting, domain, email, SSL — so you launch with everything working.
  • ii Redesigning an existing siteOutdated, slow, not mobile-friendly, or not converting. A redesign is not a visual refresh — it is a chance to fix structural problems, preserve SEO equity, and rebuild the technical foundation without losing what already works.
  • iii Migrating from another platformWix to WordPress, Squarespace to Shopify, an old custom CMS to something modern. Content mapping, redirect strategy, SEO preservation, and post-migration testing — the unglamorous work that decides whether the move costs you rankings.
  • iv Improving what you already haveYour site works, but it could work better. Slow load times, weak Core Web Vitals, flat conversions despite decent traffic. Targeted performance, accessibility, and conversion improvements — sometimes the right answer is not a rebuild.

If you are not sure which of these describes you, the free Performance Report below is the fastest way to find out. We send back a written assessment within 48 hours and a prioritised fix list — no sales call, no obligation.

No sales call required.

A website is not a launch event. It is a working instrument that earns its keep every day, on every device, for every visitor.

Questions we get
about building.

If a question is missing here, the contact link at the foot of the page goes straight to the person who would answer it. No ticket queues, no funnels.

i What platforms do you build on?
WordPress is our primary platform and the one we recommend for most businesses. We also build on WooCommerce for e-commerce, Shopify for businesses that prefer managed hosting, Squarespace and Wix for simpler sites, Webflow for design-heavy projects, and custom static HTML for lightweight applications. The platform recommendation depends on your business requirements, budget, and long-term plans — we will tell you honestly which one fits, even when it is not the one with the highest margin for us.
ii How long does a typical website build take?
A standard business website with five to fifteen pages typically takes four to six weeks from kickoff to launch. E-commerce builds with product catalogues and payment integration usually take six to ten weeks. Complex projects with custom functionality, integrations, or large content migrations can take longer. We provide a specific timeline in our proposal before you commit to anything, and we keep to it. Slippage on our side is rare; when it happens, we tell you in advance, not after the deadline has already passed.
iii Do you handle hosting and domain setup?
Yes. We configure hosting, register or transfer domains, set up DNS records, configure SSL certificates, set up email, and handle the full technical infrastructure. We work with multiple hosting providers and recommend the right setup based on your traffic levels, geographic audience, and budget. You own everything — we set it up and manage it, but the accounts and credentials are yours. If you ever choose to part ways with us, you walk away with the keys to your own infrastructure, not a hostage situation.
iv Can you migrate my site from another platform?
Yes. We handle migrations from Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Joomla, Drupal, static HTML, and older WordPress installations. Every migration includes a full content audit, URL mapping, 301 redirect plan, SEO preservation strategy, and post-migration verification. We test every page, every form, and every link before declaring the migration complete. The goal is zero downtime and zero ranking loss — and on the migrations we have run, that is what the data shows. Our SEO migration discipline works hand-in-hand with the development side.
v What about e-commerce — can you build online stores?
Yes. We build e-commerce stores on WooCommerce and Shopify. This includes product setup, payment gateway configuration, shipping rules, tax settings, inventory management, and checkout optimisation. We handle simple product catalogues, variable products, subscription models, digital downloads, and multi-currency configurations. If you already have an online store that is underperforming, we can audit it and identify what is preventing conversions — sometimes the answer is platform, more often it is technical debt and a checkout flow that fights the customer.
vi Do you do custom design, or do you use templates?
Every site we build is designed for the specific business. We do not apply pre-made templates and swap in your logo and colours. The design process starts with your brand, your audience, and your business goals. That said, we build on proven frameworks and component libraries rather than designing every element from scratch — this keeps costs reasonable while ensuring the result is genuinely yours, not a generic theme with a new coat of paint. The aesthetic is deliberate; the engineering is shared.
vii What happens after my site launches?
Launch is the starting line, not the finish line. We offer maintenance care plans that cover software updates, security monitoring, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and ongoing technical support. We also provide post-launch services including SEO, content production, performance optimisation, and conversion-rate improvements. Most of our clients work with us on an ongoing basis after launch because the website needs continuous attention to stay fast, secure, and competitive — neglected websites lose ground every quarter, even when nothing visible has changed.
viii How much does a website cost?
Every project is scoped and quoted individually based on the actual requirements. We provide a written proposal with fixed pricing before any work begins, so you know exactly what you are paying for. We do not publish generic price ranges because they are misleading — a five-page business site and a two-hundred-product e-commerce store are fundamentally different projects. Contact us with your requirements and we will provide an honest quote within a few business days. If your budget and our scope do not align, we will tell you that, too.
